GlassesBoss Inc will accept any unworn or unaltered merchandise within 10 days of the original delivery date.
 
For products purchased on www.glassesboss.com, original shipping charges and any shipping taxes are non-refundable. You will receive a refund based on the original form of payment. Please allow up to 1 billing cycle for the credit to post to your account. GlassesBoss reserves the right to deny refunds for a returned item that does not comply with this policy. Any items purchased as Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged.
 
To process the return please contact Customer Service for Return Authorization forms. You must follow the return process to avoid return customs charges and other fees.
 

Merchandise that can not be returned:

- custom orders with prescription lenses
- items marked final sale
- items purchsed at a discount (store wide discount or with a coupon code)
